Structure & Surfaces — flooring, quartzite & stone, quartz, granite, tile and paint — is chosen by colour and pattern, not by logo, and now includes the Vintage Hardwood Flooring collections, made in Canada.

Accents are sourced in Canada from Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, CB2, West Elm, EQ3 and Article.

Design services start at $99 for an online consult and $199 for full service design — both credited back in full when you buy furniture through HomeByZ — and $499 for an in-home design visit. Pricing on every piece is on request while our catalogues are finalised — contact us for the price of anything you like.

How do the design service credits work?

The $99 Online Consult and $199 Full Service Design fees are credited back in full when you purchase furniture through HomeByZ — so if you buy, the design work was effectively free. If you don't buy, you've still had a complete design session for the fee. The $499 In-Home Visit is a standalone service.

Is the AI plan really based on my photos?

Yes — the studio reads the dominant colours, brightness and warmth directly from the images you add, and combines that with your room type, dimensions and style to rank catalogue pieces. A designer reviews everything if you book a consult.

Which furniture brands do you carry?

Bernhardt, Michael Amini, Universal Furniture, Sunpan, Marc Antonio, and nursery lines Natart, Babyletto and Million Dollar Baby — with more suppliers being added. Accents are sourced from Canadian-available retailers including Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, CB2, West Elm, EQ3 and Article. Flooring now includes the eight Vintage Hardwood Flooring collections, made in Canada.

Why is Structure & Surfaces a smaller collection?

That layer is specified by colour, pattern and finish rather than brand, and we're building it properly over time — flooring, quartzite and paint families first. The anchor palettes are live now; full sample ranges follow. The flooring range now includes the eight Vintage Hardwood Flooring collections (EdgeSawn, Smooth, Brushed, Sculpted, Blade, Rift & Quarter Sawn, Herringbone and Chevron), made in Canada.

Do you deliver across Canada?

Furniture and accents are sourced from suppliers and retailers that serve Canada. Delivery options and timelines are confirmed on your order request before payment.

Can I just buy furniture without a design service?

Absolutely. The services are an add-on, never a gate. While our catalogues are being finalised, every piece is priced on request — contact us for the price of any piece, or add it to a design quote and we'll confirm the price in writing.

Can I pay for a design service online right away?

Yes — each service card has a Pay now button. Pay the $99, $199 or $499 fee online, get a confirmation reference instantly, and we'll reply within one business day to lock in your time. The $99 and $199 fees are still credited back in full when you buy furniture through HomeByZ.

How big will the catalogue get?

Thousands of pieces. The Shop is built for it — search, brand, room and layer filters with paged results — and new furniture, flooring, stone and paint ranges are added to it as they're listed.
